Mr. Christensen is a member of the law firm of Marshall & Melhorn, LLC licensed in the states of Ohio and Michigan, primarily practicing in the areas of taxation, estate planning, probate, business, and employee benefits law. He is accredited by the National Association of Estate Planning Councils as an Accredited Estate Planner, is a past President of the Toledo Estate Planning Counsel and a member of the Estate Planning/Probate Committees of the Ohio.
Mr. Christensen is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of the Northern District of Ohio, the United States Tax Court, all courts in the State of Ohio and in the State of Michigan.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association, and Toledo Bar Association. He is also a past Secretary of the Taxation Committee of The Toledo Bar Association, and is a member of the American Bar Association Real Property and Probate Section.
