ESTATE PLANNING & PROBATE

Robison, Curphey & O'Connell has an outstanding reputation for estate planning and administration of estates. We recognize that both of these subjects are extremely confidential and important to our clients, and we maintain complete confidentiality.

Our estate planning services constitute a significant part of our practice and include the preparation of:
* wills
* trust agreements
* living wills
* powers-of-attorney

Our estate planning services also include advice and planning to minimize income, estate, gift and generation skipping transfer taxes. For some of our clients this can include the use of charitable remainder trusts and private foundations.

Our estate planning clients include many executives of the region's larger companies, owners of closely held corporations, including agribusiness, and other individuals with specialized needs.

We have an extensive probate court experience in administering probate estates. We strive to administer probate estates efficiently and to distribute the assets as quickly as possible. We counsel executors, trustees and guardians, both individual and corporate.
