Immigration
Eastman & Smith offers extensive experience in immigration law, allowing us to provide employers and their attorneys with the assistance they need in the hiring of foreign nationals and assisting them gaining admission to the United States on a temporary or permanent basis.
Each of the attorneys in the Immigration Practice Group is experienced in the nuances of immigration law and equipped to fashion strategies that best serve our clients' particular immigration needs, including obtaining labor certification in appropriate employment-based immigration categories, representing them before appropriate federal or state agencies and monitoring compliance with the myriad statutory and regulatory requirements. We also assist foreign nationals and their families obtain and maintain legal status in the United States and develop strategies to obtain legal residence and/or naturalization.
