Ms. Fugee focuses her practice on commercial bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and business litigation matters. She represents creditors, including lending institutions, landlords, and trade creditors in various proceedings, including bankruptcy cases, foreclosures, workouts, and receiverships. Ms. Fugée’s clients have also included various trustees and debtors, and she has been appointed as a receiver to liquidate assets. In November 2009, Ms. Fugee was certified as a Creditors' Rights Specialist by the American Board of Certification, a national organization dedicated to serving the public and improving the quality of the Bankruptcy Bar.
